We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping information. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
