1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable goods such as food or products with a limited shelf life.
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
- Sale or clearance items.
3. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, including the RA number, and ship it to the following address:

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@trippytreatspsychedelic.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Be sure to provide photographs of the damage and retain all packaging.
8. Sale and Clearance Items
Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@trippytreatspsychedelic.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process.
